Trees for Life is a national charity with a mission to create a healthier, happier Canada by planting native trees where we live, work and play.

Their roots stem from the highly successful Highway of Heroes Tree Campaign and GrandTrees Climate Solutions projects, which raised over $12.4 million and enabled the planting of over 2 million trees.

They are committed to increasing the leafy canopy in communities across the country, and in doing so, helping Canada to meet its 2050 net-zero carbon emissions goal.

50% of proceeds go towards Trees for Life.

Marla Brown is the President of MB Designs Inc. Marla was a contributor to HGTV.ca where she was the “go-to designer” for HGTV’s Entertaining Section “Party of the Month” and also wrote articles on entertaining for Huffington Post Canada in the Lifestyle Section.

Established in 1997, MB Designs Inc. is a sustainable event design, decor and floral company located in Toronto. Focusing on exclusive corporate and social events via word of mouth only, MB Designs Inc. works in all the top hotels, museums, venues and resorts across Ontario designing events up to 2000 pax with the goal of educating clients on zero waste event options to help them meet their ESG & SDG Goals.

MB Designs Inc. is a circular business and proud member of the Circular Innovation Council of Ontario which aims to educate businesses and consumers on circular economy practices.
